Support To Help You Quit Drinking
It started with a glass of wine, and now it’s the bottle.
Having a drink at the end of the day is your favorite way to relax, but waking up at 3 am with a racing mind is wearing you down – and heading to work with a hangover feels like shit.
You’ve told yourself that you’re going to cut down on drinking for a while, but by 6 p.m. your resolve has vanished.
It’s time to bring in reinforcements.
I’ve got you my friend.
Hello, I’m Casey
Certified Life Coach
I’m glad you’re here!
I specialize in helping smart, compassionate and successful women stop drinking and create lives that FEEL as good on the inside as they LOOK from the outside.
I work with women like you, with full calendars and overflowing to-do lists, who are doing ALL THE THINGS and then coming home and drinking to numb out all the things.
If you’re reading this I’m guessing you’ve come to a point where, somewhere inside, you’re realizing that drinking isn’t working for you anymore. What it’s bringing to your life is less than what it’s taking away. I get it. And I’d like to help.

Alcohol is everywhere.
It’s all around us. We use it to celebrate, commiserate, relieve stress and boredom.
We think it helps us relax after a busy day at the office, smooth over socially awkward situations, relieve the monotony of parenthood and connect with our partners.
The truth is that alcohol messes with our minds, our bodies, and our emotions.
It makes us sleep terribly and the symptoms of anxiety and depression worse. It halts weight loss and makes it harder to connect with our loved ones. And it’s habit forming because it’s literally designed to be addictive.
And one of the biggest obstacles we face in changing the habit of drinking too much are our own assumptions and limiting beliefs around what life without alcohol will look like, and fears about what it would mean (to us and to our friends, family and careers) if we were to decide we should stop drinking.
The question shouldn’t be: Is this bad enough to quit?
Ask yourself: Is this good enough to keep going?
You deserve a life you love.
What if quitting drinking could make your life happier and healthier, more joyful and more fulfilling?
What if you didn’t have to adopt a label, go to meetings or sit in a church basement to decide that drinking is no longer working for you?
Quitting drinking is a healthy and positive step that will improve all aspects of your life and one that you should be proud of making.
If you would like support to turn the page on drinking and start the next amazing chapter in your life, I’d love to help get you there.
If you drink more (or more often) than you want to, if you create rules for yourself about when or how much you’ll drink and have trouble sticking to them, if reaching for wine each night and feeling tired every morning is getting in the way of living your best life—you’re not alone.
Trying to cut back on your drinking alone is hard.
It doesn’t have to be that way.

Casey is real, supportive, funny, kind, easy to talk to, and—most importantly—she understands the journey of women who decide that drinking is not working for them anymore.
She’s seen me through the shaky days of early sobriety and figuring out what the hell to do with myself in the evenings without wine, to the pink cloud days of looking around amazed at my healthy, joyful life.
And Casey’s support is invaluable to me now, as I move beyond thinking about drinking (or not drinking) as a primary factor in my life and pursue other dreams in my career, home, marriage, hobbies and travel.
I am so grateful for her help.
